Refund Policy — Benjamin’s Mobile Detailing

At Benjamin’s Mobile Detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality mobile auto detailing services throughout Savannah and surrounding areas. Because our services are hands-on and tailored to each individual vehicle, refunds and deposits are handled carefully, fairly, and transparently.
1. General Refund Policy
We do not offer full refunds for completed services. However, we stand behind our work and offer reasonable solutions when appropriate.
- We offer redos or corrections for any areas missed or not completed to the standard of the package selected.
- If a redo is offered and the customer declines the redo appointment, refunds are limited to up to 20% of the service total.
2. Deposits
Deposits are intended to reserve time and availability, not to prepay for services rendered.
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday appointments require a $50 booking deposit to reserve the appointment.
- Monday–Thursday appointments do not require a deposit.
- The $50 deposit is applied toward the final service total.
- If the customer chooses to pay in cash at the time of service, the $50 deposit will be fully refunded.
- Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with 48+ hours’ notice.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, except in cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions that prevent service.
- Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or no-shows.
3. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds, partial refunds, and redos do not apply in the following situations:
- The vehicle’s condition was misrepresented at the time of booking.
- Hazardous conditions (including but not limited to biohazards, mold, or unsafe environments) prevent service.
- Stains, odors, or damage are determined to be permanent after proper treatment.
- Scratches, defects, faded plastics, oxidation, or wear become more visible after cleaning.
- Weather conditions introduce new dirt, pollen, debris, or water spots after service completion.
- Customer expectations exceed what professional detailing can realistically achieve.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you believe any part of your service was missed, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion:
- We will assess the concern promptly.
- If appropriate, we will schedule a redo for the specific area(s).
Redos are offered for workmanship-related issues only and do not apply to conditions outside the scope of detailing services.
