Thank you for choosing Benjamin’s Mobile Detailing, Savannah’s trusted mobile auto detailing service. Our goal is to provide professional, convenient, and reliable detailing brought directly to your home or workplace.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect both you and our business. By booking with us, you agree to all terms listed below.
1. Booking, Deposits & Cancellation Policy
Deposits are intended to reserve time and availability, not to prepay for services rendered.
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday appointments require a $50 booking deposit to reserve the appointment.
- Monday–Thursday appointments do not require a deposit.
- The $50 deposit is applied toward your final invoice on the day of service.
- If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
- Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or no-shows.
- Weather Exception: If severe weather or unsafe conditions prevent service, deposits will be transferred or refunded at our discretion.
Cash Payment Policy: If you choose to pay in cash at the time of service, the $50 booking deposit will be fully refunded after the service is completed and paid in cash.
2. Before Your Appointment
To help us deliver the best possible service, we kindly ask that you prepare your vehicle before we arrive:
- Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, trash, and items from door pockets, cupholders, trunk, and storage compartments.
- We do not uninstall or reinstall car seats for safety reasons.
- If the vehicle is not ready upon arrival and we must wait more than 10 minutes, a $50 delay / convenience fee may apply.
- If we arrive and cannot access the vehicle, a $100 missed-slot fee may be charged.
3. Vehicle Condition Terms
All estimates are based on information provided at the time of booking. Vehicles must be accurately described.
Benjamin’s Mobile Detailing does not offer mold removal, biohazard cleanup, or heavy pet hair removal.
Additional charges may apply if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was disclosed.
4. Exterior Detailing Terms
Some paint defects, etching, oxidation, and wear cannot be fully corrected through detailing alone.
5. On-Site Service Terms
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
- We may reschedule due to weather, illness, unsafe conditions, or equipment issues.
- Hazardous conditions may result in service refusal and partial charges.
6. Photo & Video Usage
We may take before-and-after photos for marketing unless requested otherwise prior to service.
7. Service Guarantee
Any workmanship concerns must be reported within 24 hours. Redos are limited to affected areas only.
8. Payments, Disputes & Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or items left in the vehicle.
9. Agreement
By booking an appointment with Benjamin’s Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
